Always helpful. Additionally had to change the planned arrival time which the service team did for me. Note - bit of an inconvenience with the “central booking” in the NE, he was helpful, but couldn’t make a decision without referral to the local service team at Stockport so it took an extra 30 minutes of my time to get a decision.
