Meet my expectations and were able to complete the job

Easy to use . However on requesting sat nav updates there was no response to explain how long it might take or it’s cost.The service was done on time, however the valeting was not done very well on the inside of the vehicle. I requested an update of the sat nav system but was told that it would take up to six hours to complete and cost about £40. Then a week later the computer system reverted back to a warning about tyre pressures which had been corrected recently after a recall.

Very efficient check in, staff very friendly courteous & efficient. Car was turned around quickly and contact is prompt by telephone & email & text. Car was left gleaming and the customer care is excellent!!!

My computer security system advised that some of the licences were not up to date and was reluctant to let me use the system. I did use it and it was fine.Everything was done on time and my car was returned clean and spotless.
