Although I hadn't booked a waiting appointment, which wasn't offered to me by the booking hotline, the service manager was able to get my car serviced within two and a half hours after I'd explained the situation.

Decent online service portal that works well.Good customer service from entering the building, being shown where the service desks were and a decent waiting area. The appointment was on time. I think there's almost every new model of car available as well if one wanted to check them out. The web tracker system is quite interesting that other dealerships don't have.

The APP isn't up to date with where the car is in the process. I kept looking on it during the day and as far as I was aware it was still parked in the overcrowded car park.Excellent service provided by the Service team at Stockport.

Very good service car washed and hoovered which I think is very good. Also informed what was going on with the car abc advised no hard sell to have jobs done . I think honest opinions

Poor as the online system doesn’t synch in with dealership availability and availabilityHad to deal via phone and emails so truly a waste of timeWaiting area for customers could be made more welcoming and equipped with basics eg desks and plug points. There was only 1 power point
