Firstly, Kia Stockport get in touch in advance to remind me that a service is due and to present a link to book in online. There’s also a phone number to call to organise a suitable date for the service that way. On the day car drop-off is efficient and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. You get fully informed as work progresses, and there’s a phone call when the work has been completed. I’m very happy with the service provided and the quality of work.

Very easy to book in saved waiting time which is always a bonus. Excellent service from first arriving. It was really busy and I was having difficulty parking. One of the KIA staff a lovely gentleman just took my keys told me not to worry and parked my car for me. That was wonderful.
