It would be useful to be able to update it between submission and appointment. I checked in.a couple of days before my appointment, then something happened withy alarm that I wanted to add on as something to be looked at but had to wait till I got to the garage to mention it.Car was completed within the timeframe given.

Finding the garage was difficult and I couldn’t find a parking space at first (no direction as to where to park) which I found stressful. Was told it would be 2 hours, was almost 2h 30, if I’d be warned it could last that long I would have bought snacks as my appointment was 1pm.
