I made a booking online but didn't receive a confirmation text or email so when I called the next day, they said no booking was there. I then was emailed a few days later to say two bookings had been made. I was offered a finance deal which reduced this years cost as well as next years

Thomas Evetts made the purchase easy and was vwry personable and efficient. All the staff wwee vwry friendly and welcoming especially as we were shopping with our two dachshunds in tow. Thomas Dave says he would like you even more if you had biscuits lol

Yes, after I took delivery of the vehicle I realised a lot of the protective film was still on the interior of the car, it would have been nice if it had been fully checked and removed before hand. Also an hour after I took delivery of the vehicle I got a notification telling me the vehicles software needed updating and this could only be done via USB which meant I had to make 2 separate journeys back to the dealership to have this rectified. The software on the car was 2 years out of date which is not what you expect from a brand new vehicle Preston was really helpful and my car arrived 6 months ahead of schedule
