Always helpful. Additionally had to change the planned arrival time which the service team did for me.Note - bit of an inconvenience with the “central booking” in the NE, he was helpful, but couldn’t make a decision without referral to the local service team at Stockport so it took an extra 30 minutes of my time to get a decision.

Emma is just fabulous....I got my timings wrong and she waited for me before she went home....she even called me on Monday (please tell her I'll call her soon... and I've out Kia on my to do list) to book in for a map update and to sort out my next warranties! Thank you Emma as always!!!!!
