First class service

It was very easy to book our service and everything was explained well by the operator. We had our car serviced efficiently and we were called promptly by the technician who explained everything well and was happy to answer all my questions. The staff were polite and friendly in the showroom when collecting my car. The team made the process seamless. Thank you.

Made process easier and simple. Very good service

The online service was easy to understand and use. And an immediate response for reassurance. I was greeted by very pleasant knowledgeable staff. In particular Ben was excellent. He kept me informed and was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient. All round it was an excellent experience.

My wife & I were looked after very well by James Woodfinden! James gave us a complete tour of the my Kia Niro. The car was in pristine condition!

Quicker checking in. The 5 stars is for Emma's all round customer service. Helpful, polite, organized, efficient and understanding. Negative comments are regarding post service car vallet( 1st vallet). It was poorly done job like person doing it didn't care about if it was done well or not. 2nd vallet much better. Emma's understanding and effective customer service only reason I gave 5 stars. Thanks Emma
