Service was exceptional. The engine warning light came on and the car was taken in and left so that it could be looked at when service staff had time. I was phoned in the afternoon and told that a part was required, would arrive the next day and be fitted. All of this was done.

It was clear on how to use it. It worked. It saved me a lot of time and phone calls. My service contract gives me excellent value for money. The staff are all genuinely professional friendly and polite. The video of the inspections is very useful. Everything was done to time. The online booking system is very good.

Not 5 stars as I was quoted the wrong cost for the service when booking. It ended up being much cheaper which was great, I would have been very cross if it had been the other way round
