From my initial phone call to your agent thing went very smoothly. All the issues with the car were dealt with properly. Perhaps the the explanation on what was wrong with the car to be called back could have been more clear.

Just because I did have any issues I saw an employee and asked them to park my car, which the did. Also Emma on the service desk was very helpful and friendly
