It was easy enough to use but the follow up emails / reminders caused issues.I booked in for 9am but then a few days before the appointment a reminder email (Booking in System) stated that I was booked in for 9am but the blue panel on the right listing the work showed I was booked in for 8am MOT. So that changed all our plans.They (Emma) were just so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Went out of her way to sort an issue out as we were due to travel around the UK for two weeks and she was concerned about the issue.

Mot carried out and explained in video. Car cleaned inside and out.Nice friendly service from start to finish.

Everything perfect as usual

Work was done on time and I was kept informed of progress.

The handover itself was fine , however it was more than 40minutes after the appointment time. Whilst this did not impact on us particularly it might have done to others

Had a call to say car was ready when online said hadn’t reached the workshop!Prompt service although confusion initially when booking
