Firstly, Kia Stockport get in touch in advance to remind me that a service is due and to present a link to book in online. There’s also a phone number to call to organise a suitable date for the service that way.On the day car drop-off is efficient and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. You get fully informed as work progresses, and there’s a phone call when the work has been completed.I’m very happy with the service provided and the quality of work.

Very easy to book in saved waiting time which is always a bonus.Excellent service from first arriving. It was really busy and I was having difficulty parking. One of the KIA staff a lovely gentleman just took my keys told me not to worry and parked my car for me. That was wonderful.
