I dropped the car off at 9.40 am and at 9.46 am your tracking link indicated that the car was it was being prepared for the service. It remained at this status until I chased at approx 3.45 pm when I was told it was about to be worked on. Coincidentally I received a call some 30 mins later telling me that the car would be ready at 5 pm. I then had to rush to get a bus to get to the dealership and only managed to get there before closing at 6 pm. An earlier indication of when the vehicle would be worked on would have been better?

Had to wait while some documents were completed that should have been sent to me earlier in the process for me to sign. No floor mats included - have since got my own customised ones made. The car was handed over with an update to do which had to be done before OTA updates would work, this message was there from when I picked up the car. I did the update myself after a bit of research online and help from a Kia Facebook group.
