Emma is just fabulous....I got my timings wrong and she waited for me before she went home....she even called me on Monday (please tell her I'll call her soon... and I've out Kia on my to do list) to book in for a map update and to sort out my next warranties! Thank you Emma as always!!!!!

Easy to use but would prefer to interact with an employee in case I needed to explain somethingService from start to finish was brilliant. On entering the car park, there was someone to help with parking. Ben on Reception looked after me and asked when I would like to pick up my car-I said 3pm and my car was ready at 2.15pm. Ben is very customer focused and friendly-an absolute pleasure to interact with.
