Quicker checking in.The 5 stars is for Emma's all round customer service. Helpful, polite, organized, efficient and understanding. Negative comments are regarding post service car vallet( 1st vallet). It was poorly done job like person doing it didn't care about if it was done well or not. 2nd vallet much better. Emma's understanding and effective customer service only reason I gave 5 stars. Thanks Emma
