My computer security noted that the website may be unsecure as some aspects of the website were not up to date. As I knew what I was using the website for I continued and was satisfied with the experience.Overall the experience was very good but the time taken to do the service over ran by about 45 minutes otherwise the score would have been excellent. The service team offered me a service plan which reduced the bill for the service and saved me about £100. I then negotiated a three year service agreement, including three MOT's which I consider to be a very good deal. I was very impressed with all the service team and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership.

Quick and friendly service

Everything explained and work carried on time, car clean when collected.

Staff did his best to accommodate both MOT and servicing done on the same day when it couldn't be done initially upon telephone booking.

Service was exceptional. The engine warning light came on and the car was taken in and left so that it could be looked at when service staff had time. I was phoned in the afternoon and told that a part was required, would arrive the next day and be fitted. All of this was done.
