It was easy to do but I'd had a negative experience previously as I had booked online and then been rung to say there wasn't any availability.Staff were helpful and communicated well. There was a nice sunny area to wait while work was completed. It's superficial but it was so nice that the outside of the car was cleaned.

When booked through online service before booking date had heart attack and whilst in hospital had to rearrange date staff were helpful and reassuring all would run smoothlyRecovering from illness had to rearrange appointment time lookers understood my situation and made everything run like clockwork for me.

Kia Stockport gave us regular updates about the car. When I went to collect it Craig was very thorough with the paperwork. Craig showed me everything in the car and was very helpful
