After multiple communcation with Craig at this dealership, I still feel that I was poorly treated from an aftersales point of view.The vehicle was sold to me with a fault, and the response from the dealership was poor.It took 5months to rectify the issue.

Hi we are still waiting om a call from yourselfs'to areange to have two wheels refurbed as they we danaged as i pointed out on day of purchase' i was told by the manager' they would call to arramge' and supply a courtesy car whilst repairs'are carried out' i wait to hear'nany thanks.

Good MorningI don’t want to leave a review on google or Trustpilot as I wasn’t very happy with the service I received.When I booked by car in for the service I was told it would be valeted afterwards. On the tracking app it said cleaning. When I picked my car up pick it hasn’t been cleaned. I went back into your office and when I questioned this I was told it was due to the building work no valeting was been offered. Not quite sure why building work would affect a valet. As I paid just over £300 for the service. I feel that was expensive for what I received. Especially when I had been told it would receive a valet and I was also warned about the building work.Hazel Harrison

Sale staff during my visit terrible attitude disgusting manner towards a customer after having four cars from you. I'll never come back.

I raised a GDPR SAR on 2025-09-28 and have still not received all the requested data after multiple attempts. This is a formal complaint (thoughI raised a formal complaint at not receiving all the data). Please provide all the requested data or advise why I have not received all the requested data after multiple attempts have been given.

Lookers erased my personal data from my car without consent and did not do so in any troubleshooting they had permission to perform. Please advise why and which person actually carried out the procedure or assumes responsibility for it.

Your service staff have damaged my vehicle and say they are not responsible due do third party paint. The only third party paint on the vehicle has been applied by the service stadd. They advise the area above the driver side wheel has third party paint on it but the vehicle has never been anywhere else for body work and GPS data has also proven this. They have been asked to provide evidnece as the burden of proof is legally with them but the vehicle has been with them since July and they have still not provided it.They need to provide the evidence of third party paint on the driver side wheel arch or retract the claim as they have invalidated my paint warranty and are incapably or repairing the damage as evidenced by their prior work.Please provided a retraction or evidence as my costs are accumulating while the vehicle is with them to maintain the chain of custody (which it being required as they previously damaged the interior of my car and refused to resolve after it left the site) and you are liable for sost I accumulate while you refuse to provide need information to move forward.

Your staff member Manzur Choudhury in August 2024 referred to me as a a "privileged white prick" when I showed him that the service team had failed to rotate my vehicle tires correctly, had damaged the inside of my car and thatthe issue of the vehicle "zombie mode" had not been resolved. Your branch manager was made aware of this and took no action. I would like a formal apology.

I attended the Lookers Kia Stockport branch on the 21/11/25 to drop my car off for its annual service the following day.I followed the link provided by yourselves to book this appointment. When selecting what services I would like, the total for these was £0. Therefore, I did not expect to pay any money for this service.Upon arrival on the 21/11/25, the receptionist Katie (who was lovely!) informed me this would be £187. This was a complete shock for me.I explained my situation, that I was not aware I was paying any money for this service as I was told online it would be £0 - I have provided screenshots of this!!!!As well as this, I was told that the cleaning facilities were out of use and my car was not going to be cleaned. This was more incredibly disappointing information.The service went on as expected, and when I was called by the person who performed the service, I was not told how much this would be. I had to ask if I needed to pay, and I was told the amount.I was then sent my vehicle report with a price total at the end, which again stated I did not need to pay!!! (See photo attached)I eventually did pay as I was pressured to do so and had no choice!!!The lack of transparency and misinformation made me incredibly upset and angry. This makes me feel very distrusting in using Lookers Kia in the future.As I have my car on PCP with Lookers Kia Stockport, I cannot go elsewhere until my contract finished. However, when this has finished, I will not be returning due to the extremely disappointing service I have been provided.I am unsure how this can be resolved, but I will leave this information with yourselves and I expect some sort of compensation.Reg MW74 RMU

I was due to take a test drive that I had booked online.I got an email from someone in the office saying that further to our conversation, a date and time had been confirmed. I hadn't had a conversation with anybody, so it came across as strange.When I arrived for my test drive, I was left with a feeling that my custom was not wanted. It took the team 10 minutes to find the right person to sort out the test drive for me and they then sat me down to wait for them to finish with another customer. After 30 minutes of waiting and no sign of the meeting finishing, I decided to leave as no-one was able to sort out the test drive for me.I'm unlikely to want to purchase a vehicle from Lookers Stockport when you receive poor service like this.
