I would have given a 5 star rating, except I'm still waiting for official documentation to come through so that i can update my car insurance and apply for a new parking permit. At the moment, I have no proof that this is my car in order to do those things.

I think it is far more efficient to book online than tying up a person answering the telephone. I booked online which I find very convenient. I received feedback during the run up to appointment. The staff were efficient and welcoming.

I phoned the call centre, they got me in next day on a cancellation. She was very helpful and polite. The people in the show room were also excellent, professional and knowledgeable.
