Had to wait while some documents were completed that should have been sent to me earlier in the process for me to sign.No floor mats included - have since got my own customised ones made.The car was handed over with an update to do which had to be done before OTA updates would work, this message was there from when I picked up the car. I did the update myself after a bit of research online and help from a Kia Facebook group.
