Good and prompt experience at the dealership

I have a confirmation letter with correct booking date by Kia Service Booking email after having the booking online, but I receive a booking reminder by Lookers sms with wrong booking date. I miss the service in the wrong booking date, then KIA Stockerport call me to reschedule the booking and I did successfully. We have good communication personally and through the phone. However, before I leave the car, they did not remind me that I have to leave the wheel lock key and service book.
