After receiving the reminder to book i found that online there was no appointments available in the following 4 weeks - so had to ring up to squeeze in before 12 month period elapsed.Appreciate that it is a function of a successful business but how many people would book prior to 30 days beforehand? Not sure if this was a one-off but needs some thought?All procedures and work carried out in good time with excellent communications
