It was delivered on time and as expected. James made sure that we didn't have to negotiate a tricky route out of the car park. I would have given 5 stars if there had been a couple of gallons in the tank so that I didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to fill up immediately.

Adam was extremely friendly and helpful when we started the process of finding a car and neither my dad nor me could believe how easy and stressfree it would be! I particularly appreciated how good Adam was with my father, who is getting on a bit now and worries about quite a lot of small things! So he put his mind at rest (especially on the first visit when I couldn't be there) and made him feel comfortable about asking any kind of question, no matter how silly they might have sounded! He spoke very highly of Adam to me after that first meeting so I knew we were in good hands. I thought everyone who worked in your branch were very friendly, chatty and helpful so thank you again for such an easy experience. Especially after the stress we'd had with the old car.
