Timescale between initial contact and first available was 6 weeks First available service booking was 6 weeks after I made initial online contact which was 4 weeks before service was due. Otherwise everything went to plan and personal service was good

Full 100% service, staff and explanation. Kept upto date by video progress of service So impressed with service from fran and manue. They are so friendly and made us feel welcome. Credit to your company.

The online services were easy to understand and straightforward to use the checkin. From booking the appointment for my service I was kept informed of what was happening and the service team investigated every query that I had The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Also my car came back clean.

Met my need. Would be nice to see different plan options in there. Helpful with providing a courtesy car, and offering advice on payment plan options. Felt like I was looked after well and left me feeling positive about using again for service or future purchase.

Just the lack of updates during the day until after I called in. Would have been 5 but felt I needed to chase for updates throughout the day as the updates on the App was flowing through and it was getting quite late in the day before I heard back.
