Having been invited to meet at 12noon to discuss possible purchase options, and have my vehicle valued, there was nowhere to park my car on site, and the salesperson said she would be a few mins late, eventually joined me at 12.09. At which point I was told that there was only one car left of the type/deal I was interested in, wrong colour. If this had been communicated to me, I could have been saved a trip and not wasted my time.

Disappointed with the range of vehicles in my price budget.Some staff members were more helpful than others.

I went into Kia Stockport to look for my next vehicle and Paul was more than helpful to help me look for this, he was extremely helpful to answer all of my questions asked and he ensured that we was very looked after and warm also as it was a cold day.

Just purchased a car from your showroom. Dealt with by Preston who was absolutely brilliant all the way through the purchase. Great bloke to talk to & dealt with all my requirements promptly. Would definitely buy from here again. Also Thanks to Jay for the on-site bacon butty's, haha!

You have had my vehicle for 4 weeks, which has caused inconvenience to our family life, as the hire car was not as wide and meant the 5th person couldn't fit comfortably in the car. I didnt request a different car as I was constantly being contacted (by text only) from AX, saying my car was due. I have been given 3 different dates for the return all of which were for a Friday spanning 3 weeks. I have never in the 4 weeks been given any update from either yourselves or AX and I have had to ring to find out where my car is and whats happening with it. I have received all types of pathetic excuses, from the body shop admin person being off sick (cant believe that means any work has to stop and no-one covers), the parts arrived but is the wrong colour (poor ordering and supply planning), to the latest one being the person who puts the parts back on the car being off sick ( that excuse was given to me at 4.30pm), when only this morning I was told it would be complete today, again I feel like I have been fobbed off amd lied too. This is the most disgusting lack of customer service I have encountered and the only answer I got when I raised this in the call, was 'im sorry its not usual'.........not good enough. They still cant tell me when my vehicle will be ready!!! To add insult to the line of none existing ir extremely poor excuses, I have been told that they are having a refurb and that has also has an effect........not my problem, plan better and keep customers informed, instead of no communication and lame excuses. The final straw was in the call today, when I asked, will my car at least clean when I eventually get it back, to be told......'due to the refurb, we aren't valeting the cars'. Absolutely appalling!!! I have already requested some compensation and I will not be accepting my vehicle back unless it has been fixed and cleaned. I would like a call back within 24 hours regarding g this, busy someone who has the authority to resolve my complaints. I do have other issues around your so called 'Kia Assist' which I used for this whole mess and want to discuss the misleading way this was 'sold' to me and the issues around the whole subject. If I do not get a satisfactory response and in the timescale requested I will be sending my complaint to the appropriate governing bodies. Its been an absolute disgrace!!!

Customer not happy with the finance/ commission - customer has sent complaint in post-to head office

I bought a car from Kia Lookers Stockport early October and im loving the car, no issues there. But for the past few weeks I've been trying to find out if as part of my finance agreement do I have breakdown cover, as once I'd received my finance paperwork there was no mention of this as an add on. The sales man that sold me the car talked me through a few add on extras when we were talking about the finance.One was breakdown cover another was a cleaning kit/protection for the car and the third was some sort of insurance for the wheels/bodywork etc. I said I wanted the breakdown cover and the third bodywork cover. So as far as im concerned this has been added into my finance agreement. But I've not received any paperwork/confirmation of these two. As with the breakdown I have no idea what level of breakdown I have/is included. Policy number of any information for the RAC if i were to breakdown.I emailed the sales guy who sold me the car but never got a response.I've also emailed a customer service advisor for Lookers a few times to try and get to the bottom of this and I even asked her, could you please tell me if I have breakdown or not?! Am i driving around with it or not, she has only responded with 'I'll chase it up with the dealership for you and they should be in touch '.The dealership hasn't been in touch and she hasnt answered my questions. Would you be able to tell me if these 2 add ons were done for me? Esp breakdown cover as its pretty urgent I know this and if so where is the paperwork? Policy number etc.Or has this sales guy forgotten to add it on for me and thats why im not getting an answer. I don't understand why when ive emailed customer services this rep couldn't answer my question. If you need to know the names of the sales rep and the customer service rep then id be happy to give you those.Thank you
