I scored 3/5 for the online process (which was ok, but it prompted me for a 1 year service when in fact according to my service records it was due a 3 year service Also, there was no financial value to the service at time of booking , which would have been useful to know But for the overall experience in showroom and satisfaction with the work carried out, the explanation of the service plan etc.. the experience was excellent and the Service manager Emma was very helpful and customer focused Excellent customer service throughout the process!

Very easy to follow and cuts down the waiting time when you arrive at the garage Was not aware that we would have to pay extra money for the service plan!!!!
