It’s great to book the car in leaving staff free for those who can’t. Paperwork is ready, just need to hand over keys. Staff are never any different. Polite, respectful, knowledgeable. Keep you up to date and I enjoy the peace and quiet of the waiting area, not forgetting the coffee.
