Just the lack of updates during the day until after I called in.Would have been 5 but felt I needed to chase for updates throughout the day as the updates on the App was flowing through and it was getting quite late in the day before I heard back.

Availability of appointments did not allow enough lead time for me to secure an appointment between the reminder for my MOT and the due date. I also had to call up and add a recall fix to an appointment for my service but this turned into booking an alternative date and the cross overs in auto generated confirmations caused confusionOnsite team are fantastic, everything super well organised on the day, online check in was easy - I really value the video tour of the inspection.The only issues I had that stop this being a 5 star were the availability of appointments - there was not enough lead time between my MOT reminder and the appointment availability to satisfy my MOT date, so I had to go elsewhere for that. Then when I booked in the service, there was no option to add in the recall fix that was also due, I then had to call and have a new appointment booked for another date to do both the service and the MOT. There was then lot's of crossover with appointment confirmations that were showing original dates etc
