I scored 3/5 for the online process (which was ok, but it prompted me for a 1 year service when in fact according to my service records it was due a 3 year serviceAlso, there was no financial value to the service at time of booking , which would have been useful to knowBut for the overall experience in showroom and satisfaction with the work carried out, the explanation of the service plan etc.. the experience was excellentand the Service manager Emma was very helpful and customer focusedExcellent customer service throughout the process!

Very easy to follow and cuts down the waiting time when you arrive at the garageWas not aware that we would have to pay extra money for the service plan!!!!

It’s great to book the car in leaving staff free for those who can’t. Paperwork is ready, just need to hand over keys.Staff are never any different. Polite, respectful, knowledgeable. Keep you up to date and I enjoy the peace and quiet of the waiting area, not forgetting the coffee.

I was kept upto date by sales representative Preston about my car delivery and gave us full car demo.
