I dealt with Preston Logan who was great to deal but unfortunately we were miles apart with the finance although Preston did is best i feel and could not fault him attitude and his professional was one of best salesperson i have dealt with

I had to remind them to sign and stamp the body inspection document, to ensure the car maintained its warranty. I had to do this last year as well!

I had already advised you that the front and rear window washers were not working When I brought the car in for service I was told that if it was simply blocked it would be cleared but that if it was actually broken there would be a charge of £68. When handing the car back after the service I was advised that it was blocked. However it was not cleared. Very disappointing.

Not the company's fault, but at te moment I find the 6 months wait is too long.

My score for question 2 is base Don my dealings with Kia Stockport not with the booking centre which I understand is National. Booking the service was an issue as due to local dealership closing there was a long wait for an appt. This was not Kia Stockports fault, this needs to be resolved for future servicing.

Mohammed was very professional and extremely helpful and friendly. I wound definitely buy a future car from you.
