All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The video was a great way for me to understand what was completed on the service. Car was cleaned after service - what more could I need!

No 2 only get three stars … because having booked my car in well ahead I then was ‘invited’ by email to repeat that the day before the service. The link didn’t work … I spent ages on the phone / getting cut off twice / and then finally a representative said I was well booked in … such a waste of my time and it was frustrating… To say Thankyou to Manny ( spelling ?) at Service reception - he is very good at his job and a good Ambassador for Lookers… He offered to help me with a Satnav enquiry - and I will be returning to the dealership for his advice.

Frustrating that there’s no courtesy car available especially given the distance we live from the garage and booking the service six weeks in advance

Vehicle brought in for MOT on Monday but it needed a new clutch. Emma was superb offered courtesy vehicle but I had not brought my driving license, so had to put me through to Motabilty so I could arrange a taxi home, and as my vehicle may not be ready for 4 days, to arrange a hire vehicle. Emma knew I had to take my daughter to a hospital appointment on the Wednesday and said she would do what she could to source the part. However, knowing Motability were arranging a hire car, that was not a concern. What a lovely surprise however on the Tuesday to receive a call from Emma telling my vehicle was ready to pick up. Lovely, courteous with great customer care skills.

First time at this garage, very pleased with the friendly welcome and professional service. Will be returning.
