Did not get what I enquired about

Mr InnesPlease see below a copy of the email sent to Emma Scott at Lookers Stockport regarding my issueOn the 14th Oct my vehicle XUI 1560 was towed to your dealership by the RAC under the Kia Assist serviceI left my vehicle with the service team and was advised they wouldn’t do any work till they had heard or received an email from my selfLater that day I received a call from Emma who advised they had fitted my vehicle in and had been advised to start with to change the spark plugs and what the cost was. I advised Emma not to do the work as the plugs should have been replaced on the last service, after speaking to my garage I was advised they had not charged the plugs due to not having them in stock and if I brought it back they would sort and the car could be returned to Kia for further investigationI picked my car up on the 15th a drove to the garage where I left it till I picked up the plugs on my way home from work as the garage was changing the plugs 1 by 1 they arrived at the 4th one and noticed the screw socket on the rocker cover was damged and called me over to show meI then called the dealership and spoke to Emma again who advised my vehicle hadn’t been touched she Went to the workshop to double check and came back and advised nobody had touched it I then advised her to go back and ask them why the coils packs were not on the same position as when I and the RAC driver had left them , she went away and came back to advise that Chris has said he removed the coil packs to investigate the issue this is after me advising not to touch till I confirmed wth them.I then came back to the dealership and spoke to Dave who was and is still adamant that his mechanics have not damaged my vehicle !I advised Dave of what Emma had told me regarding nobody had touched my vehicle and he still denied it had been damaged in his workshop as he trust all his staff ! The ones who denied touching the car !I have since spoken to Dave who has said that Kia are willing to fix the problem at a discounted rate which in mine and my legal representative is an actual claim of guilt as if they had not Damaged my vehicle why would they even discount the repair ?I would like you to investigate this further as I’m not happy with the outcome from Dave who in my eyes is protecting his Staff over a Customer who has purchased 3 cars from you in the last 10 years and not had this sort of service beforeI look forward to your replyRegardsScott Healey

I had a 45 minute test drive in the Kia Niro which was a nice car, and Preston Logan explained everything i needed to know

I bought the car in April 2024 and is excellent. EVERY interaction during and since that time has been shocking, culminating in an extremely frustrating set of calls since last evening. Never once has the process been seamless. Always causing inconvenience to me. people simply failing to do what they said they would do. I have no wish to spend anymore time typing the details, instead would like to speak with someone. Thank you.
