Craig and James were extremely helpful when purchasing my vehicle, arranging the part-exchange and assisting me with road tax etc. Very personable and answered any questions I had. When I came in to purchase my vehicle I was waiting a little while for Craig to finish with some other customers as they turned up late. But this couldn't be helped and is the only slight negative I experienced.
