Car was booked in for minor damage repair, during this time it was noted that the car was overdue it's service (I had not been able to book a service until November!) Once the damage had been repaired the service was also completed meaning that I did not have to bring the car back and also not have to wait. Excellent customer service

Overall experience good with much needed communication and system improvementsDuring the sales cycle Adam Watts was very good and set expectations in Nov 22 re car delivery etc. All was fine until we got close to delivery and due to Kia system not providing reliable information re vehicle location or delivery, the communication and expectation management was not handled well. I strongly suggest that Kia looks at its delivery schedule system and provides the dealership with realistic dates and updates which can in turn be used for customer communicationUpon raising my concerns with the dealership manager, Andrew handled the complaint professionally and helped mitigate my concerns. He also provided certain goodwill gestures which are greatly appreciated.Overall, the team is striving to well and could do better if Kia addresses the issues within their system or helps communicate such limitations via its dealership to its customers.

I rang to arrange my service in good time; however the appointment offered was nearly a month after the service was due. I appreciate you are busy, but the delay was longer than I'd expect.

A few days ago, I took my car into Lookers Kia in Stockport to have it serviced and the MOT completed. Both the receptionist and Manzur at the Service desk were very helpful and polite. Any questions I had were answered politely and professionally . During the service and MOT being carried out, I was sent a useful video explaining the process of the procedures. The Sale's advisor James woodfinden is a credit to the Stockport dealership team. From the start to the ending of my sale. He was very informative especially with the shipping delay. He contacted me with updates, he didn't try to seller me nothing that I didn't need. He made sure I remained within my own financial budget. He was also very knowledge about the product and this put me at ease. He showed me all the colours that very available with the new design. When he told me the car colour in yellow. I was less convinced but I am so glad I looked at it with James as it is a beautiful colour and even more desirable in person. When I collected my Car I fell in love with it straight away and am very happy that James shown me that colour choice. He always has a smile on his face and is always jolly and cheerful and that speaks volumes and reflects in his customer service that he naturally delivers. Having to book through a call centre caused confusion, much better when speaking to Lookers Stockport direct, the lady there (Emma) understood exactly what my situation was and dealt with it well.I have always had excellent service from them.

When I rang up at 12pm they said it will be another 40 mins because they were doing a mini valet . I didn't get this though.I've had it reset a couple of times . Every now and again the sat nav freezes and makes loud noises . The radio cuts out alot on the digital radio. Sometimes the seat belt alert beeps when no one / nothing is on the chair . When I turn the engine on/ off its OK goes off
