Christie was helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. She knew her products. I felt she listened to what I was looking for and offered some options. I am still in the market and will be in contact should I need more help.

Thanks to James Woodfinden I was happy to part exchange my vehicle for a more up to date model. James was pleasant, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a credit to your company…. I have dealt with half a dozen Kia dealership and in all that time only one other individual came close to matching James.

I couldn't book my car in on the dates I wanted, the closest date was a month from when I enquired.

I actually turned up on the wrong day for my MOT….. totally my fault and they were very understanding and managed to squeeze me in so I didn’t have to come back!!! Above and beyond!!!! Staff always friendly

Overall service was great but I wanted to mention that I noticed where I keep the spare change, the £ coins were missing. It was only 2 coins but I just felt that was really petty. I would have just given it as a tip if whoever took was that desperate. This was only thing which let the service down. I didn’t report as I was in a rush to get back as I travelled from bury and not only it was my wife’s birthday it Valentine day too.
