The majority of my recent experience of Lookers Service was positive, the only criticism I have is around the time I was quoted that my vehicle would be ready for collection by. I was quoted it would be ready by 11.00, but the vehicle was not ready until 11.45.Had the reason for this delay been communicated to me around the time it became apparent that an 11.00 collection would not be feasible, then this would have been much more acceptable, rather than me have to make the necessary enquiries of service reception to ascertain the situation.

Very pleased with everything. from start to finish. That's why i have given 5 stars.

Having to attend in person several times to get both a quote and then a date for the car to be booked in was very poor.However,once you had my car everything was exemplary.Courtesy car was excellent and the additional things that I asked to be done were done.David on Service went the extra mile to sort out the extra work,communicated often which was appreciated. This is,the first,very positive experience of a Kia dealer I have had after dealing with two others.

Sales rep mo looked after us , very knowledgable and informative, a real help , we only decided to go elsewhere purely for the fact we would have had to wait six months for our vehicle , Nissan two months for similar vehicle , our preferred vehicle was always going to be the sportage

I now found a (VW Tiguan) car that I liked better. Thanks for the help and attention you gave me when I came to look at a KIA Sportage.

I dealt with Preston Logan who was great to deal but unfortunately we were miles apart with the finance although Preston did is best i feel and could not fault him attitude and his professional was one of best salesperson i have dealt with
