It could have been 10/10 but for the following issues to look at which was not and no reason given.1) The notches on the hand brake was adjusted as requested.2) Car juddering when manuvering to park3) Noise from steering rack when cold. This has been done previously as there is fix recommended by KIA. Some parts to replace as warranty.Items 2/3 were not done and no one discussed it with me to maybe rebook the car in if they were too busy on the day.
