My recent purchase is the 4th consecutive vehicle I’ve had from Lookers Stockport and I’ve always had a good experience which is why I went back to them again recently..

The service staff are always welcoming and make the customer feel that you are important. They give clear information and advice. The reason I use Lookers Stockport Kia is because of the service team, especially the front desk.

Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for the service to be completed with no communication as to the delay. Once completed gave me someone else's key,mine key was already in the car. Drove home released it was the wrong key,had to drive back in rush hour to return key,with someone's house keys..so it took one hour to drive back and return home.

Very good, quicker than I expected.

I returned the vehicle after experiencing a rather loud noise when driving home I took it in the next day and it was found out to be a leaf trapped in the heat to unit when the filter was changed.
