Parking was more than a little challenging!

James in sales looked after me well and came across very well at the right level.

Overall it was a fantastic experience. Preston was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and got back to us every time he promised he would. There were a couple of occasions when we expected a call from other members of the team and didn't receive them, so had to chase things up ourselves. This is a little thing, but when a customer is excited to take delivery of their new car, not getting updates when you expect them is a little disappointing. It didn't stop us from enjoying taking delivery of our lovely new car though. And, more importantly, we'd definitely buy our next vehicle from you.

Very happy with overall experience. Emma, the Service receptionist, was welcoming and explained everything clearly, she was an excellent ambassador for your company. I was pleased that my car had been washed and vacuumed when I picked it up - a nice touch!

Unfortunately on collection of my car there wasn’t any petrol put in. Oversight by James and he wasn’t there to help, so Andrew had to go and put in the petrol we had paid for. What should have been a 2 minute hand over turned into a 50 minute wait.

Adam Chambers was amazing and found some brilliant cars for us. We decided not to buy due to miscalculations on our part. Couldn't fault the experience.

Although the everything was fine with the service I was told my car would get a valet, not sure what they consider a valet but a quick wash on the outside and quick vac inside wasn’t what I was expecting.
