Customer service staff for service section very polite, helpful and good communicators. Very happy with the whole process from booking to completion.

Booking through the central booking centre is not good, not really helpful but go direct to Stockport and service excellent.

The team were very responsive and kept me up to date with the status of the repair. I definitely felt that the staff were on the ball with our car. Very happy.

I was told we could purchase the scratch paint protector following the purchase by bringing the car in, however we have tried and been told no. We’ve only had the car 1 week.

Possibly more time allocated for going through system controls

So far I have been pleased but the problem my car had occurred in very cold weather. I'm waiting for the temperature to drop . I must say though, that I am now driving my car with much greater confidence. It handles differently. This is a second hand car I had only had for 4 weeks when I phoned about the fault. It is still covered by the Kia warranty.

Second car from Kia and so far all has been great and would see no reason why I wouldn’t stay with the company. Adam Watts was great, really helpful and approachable. Never felt like I was being hard sold (which I would have hated), didn’t feel like any question was belittled - just wish I hadn’t had to wait till December for car but that wasn’t dealerships fault. Thanks for making it all so straightforward.
