Great service but waiting area needs attention...ie more tables Very good service from the Kia staff. Need more tables in the waiting area so people can work whilst waiting, there was only 1 table and 3 people, including me, working with laptops on their knees

From having a bad experience with a car I bought 3 weeks prior and had to return, James (Woodfinden) made this as smooth as possible. I asked for transparency and manage my expectations in which he did immensely. Enquired of a evening. Came to see it the following day, reserved it. Had my friend come with me a few days later (for my sanity) and picked it up when he said! No messing, MOT and Service done. Honestly smoothest, easiest experience I have ever had (and needed)!

Good service, no pressure. Lots of help, all questions answered. Everything the sales person said would happen and when did. It made buying a car stress free.

Very efficent helpful staff did everything promised . Booking in system not customer friendly or fair- you have to book in to complete your booking but can only do that if you tick to agree to all T and C . Takes away your rights as a customer

Couldn’t see any better than the quality of service

Saved so much time for my morning car drop before I had to get to work. The online check in saved lots of time prior to me starting work. Video and phone updates were clear about progress. Staff were friendly
