Simple, great Experience good, but the phone systems could do with upgrading- there's no option to talk to someone about an existing booking, and I've ended up going in circles and being cut off several times. Also wish you could be clearer about pricing- each year I am told the service rate is set by Kia yet other Kia garages give cheaper quotes and I have to ring to negotiate. I'm appreciative that negotiation results in a price closer to that of other Kia garages as I'd prefer to remain with yourselves but it's frustrating to have to do

Was in for cars 1st service and MOT, service was very good and kept informed throughout the day!

It gave me the opportunity to book in and made the hand over fairly quick. I was slightly concerned that the items I wished to be checked in addition to the service and MOT didn’t seem to transfer through and I had to explain them again to Mani. Lookers is probably better than most of the garages I’ve dealt with in the past. staff are very polite.

Quickly diagnosed the fault with the camera on my car, part fitted next day and back working again.
