When we first arrived, the car wasn’t available as it was being used for an event in Stockport. The replacement was dirty and rammed full of equipment. The staff were excellent though.

I went to your EV3 open event and because I had just come off a train and perhaps looked somewhat transient, I felt ignored by the some of the other people in the sales team standing around the showroom, some of whom looked directly at me. Paul Markham did not look through me, but saw me and came straight over. I have since purchased an EV3 from PM for my wife. Need I say more.... 1 star on no 4 only because of my comment above. PM 5 star throughout the process.
