2 points: Would it be possible to get longer opening hours (eg 0730 drop off/collect at 1830 or ideally earlier/later. For those that work the current hours are pretty prescriptive. I did the online checkin but when I arrived still had to go in and wait for a service representative which defies the point of having an express checkin! Rename
