Excellent. Much improved but for one thing. I called and asked if I could leave my car over the weekend as I had to travel unexpectedly. I was told the service department would call back and they didn’t, however apart from that you did well.

Drop off was easy. Collection I arrived at the time instructed by text but waited 35 mins as the vehicle wasn't on site. 5* also if it had been cleaned. But overall an effective service
