I tried to use the online check in but it would not let me add any further details to check on the day. I was then informed when I arrived that I still had to see someone with an iPad to check in the morning. Online system is a waste of my timeActually the best thing about my service appointment was the professional support offered by Haillie the service advisor. She was very thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. She took time with me to listen to and answer my concerns in a very respectful and helpful manner. She made the experience a positive one in the end.
