Yes we were only informed about a damaged gear lever after we had paid a deposit. After delivery of the vehicle we found out that the rear parking sensors were not working and after informing the sales agent we were basically told to sought it our ourselves using the warranty. The vehicle should have been checked prior to delivery and now we have to book a car in for a repair and have to deal with the inconvenience of not having a vehicle while the repair is effected. Very poor after sales service. We have your money now you are on your own mentality.The delivery driver did not call ahead to advise of his time of arrival

Website didn't work in Safari on my Mac but was fine in Google Chrome.Car was returned on time and wait time for the keys was minimal. After a year or two of things not being great at Lookers Land Rover Battersea, it seems that customer service may be back on track!
