I was told my car was ready at 3.45pm, but when I got there 20 min later, I was told that I would have to wait a further 20 min or so to have it valetted. Suggest that in future you tell clients that a car is ready for collection when the valetting has been complete.

Other than the wait time nearly 8hrs! The service received was excellent. In view of the wait time and the fact that I’m not local ( I live in Surrey) your collection and delivery service should have been proactively offered as an alternative option to dropping the vehicle off myself. I only found that was an option after I had dropped off the vehicle. Alternatively a shorter wait time offered for those having to wait to pick up.

I paid to have it collected and returned. This is a great service and the people that did it were very professional. Unfortunately the return was a day later than I was expecting .

Ease of the whole process.

Brought the bar in at 9.40am and was initially told that I had to wait till end of day. But after telling Will that I need it earlier he called me at 11am to tell me it was going to be ready in an hour.
