Really excellent service...

I would only use Lookers again if Beau Shulman were doing the sales. I got a first-rate service from him, and reliable car salespeople are as rare as hen's teeth.

Service plan at sales would be good like how Mercedes does Also your vehicle tracking progress link didn’t give true update For a wait in appointment the process needs to be more deficient And the lounge needs to be more spacious

MR Ali Haidri looked after me during the whole process of buying our new new car. He was informative, not pushy and made me feel confident in buying my new Velar. SO pleased with the car and I couldn't recommend Ali Hairdri and the Lookers Battersea team more. Many thanks Henry Lee

Honestly I don’t usually send feedback or write reviews but on this occasion I have decided to do so as it is very important that I share my experience with you and other customers. I placed an order for my new Land Rover Defender around 8 months ago and am now a pleased owner of one thanks to Beau Shulman and Ryan Jenkinson. My initial experience with Landrover UK wasn’t great but after speaking to Ryan and Beau, they have turned this around. I will only ever visit the Lookers Battersea showroom as they were extremely kind and helpful, made sure I ordered the right car and specification to my needs, and always kept my updated whilst my new car was being built. I am grateful to Lookers Battersea for making my dream come true. It’s a shame I can’t post some pics of my new car here to show how excited I am to be a proud owner of my new car. Car was with you from Feb 22nd until July 8th. The experience to start with was not great but at the end was excellent!
