Taylor and Juan Carlos were amazing helping me understand my car more and just really kind and friendly staff and most importantly helpful

I was advised that my car would be ready at 12/12.15 and my car would be cleaned and ready to go. I arrived at 12.10/1215 and my car had not been cleaned. I had to wait for over an hour before my car was ready to go. Slightly annoying that my cat wasn’t ready and I had to wait over an hour.
