I already have a service plan with EMS but I was still charged for this service! It just does not make any sense paying a monthly subscription then facing an additional charge when the annual service is due! This needs clarification and correction!

I was told my car was ready at 3.45pm, but when I got there 20 min later, I was told that I would have to wait a further 20 min or so to have it valetted. Suggest that in future you tell clients that a car is ready for collection when the valetting has been complete.

I didn’t want a service plan or financing.

Other than the wait time nearly 8hrs! The service received was excellent. In view of the wait time and the fact that I’m not local ( I live in Surrey) your collection and delivery service should have been proactively offered as an alternative option to dropping the vehicle off myself. I only found that was an option after I had dropped off the vehicle. Alternatively a shorter wait time offered for those having to wait to pick up.

I paid to have it collected and returned. This is a great service and the people that did it were very professional. Unfortunately the return was a day later than I was expecting .
