Taylor was brilliant and professional throughout the service process. One small request, I’ve always had my car serviced at this branch for the past 9 years but the level of your car wash is not up to standard.

The actual car i purchased from Lookers Land Rover Battersea is undeniably a very nice example of a preowned Range Rover Sport, however as i'm sure you'll be aware there are hundreds of RR Sport SD V6's available in the used car market. The point i'm alluding to is simply that i wanted to purchase a vehicle from your charming and especially courteous and professional senior sales executive Beau Shulman. I have had previous dealings with him in recent years at Looks LR Battersea, and have always so very much warmed to his manner that i simply had to give him my business when a nice car became available at Lookers Battersea. In the past i have purchased Range Rovers from Lookers Land Rover Colchester, and several from Guy Salmon Wakefield.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the service I have received yet again from Lookers Battersea. Ryan and his team are superb. My sales executive Beau was also amazing, looking after me throughout the process, providing timely updates, and even personally delivering the vehicle at the end of the process. It’s very hard for me to imagine a reason why I would move from continuing to be a loyal customer lookers Battersea.

I usually have excellent customer service when my car is with you. However I found this time around the communication was poor and I had to chase for updates. I never got a call to say my car was ready and never received a video when my car was being checked.
