This time most things were good, on previous occasions less so. Last 2 times prior we had a booking that was cancelled on us and was hard to find alternative appointment slots. 1 big question mark this time, I was quoted for some Body shop work which was a 6 times higher price than I got the work done elsewhere!! This time i would commend both the chap who checked in the car - earlier than expected which was very useful as I was on my way to work, and they lady who checked the car out at the end.

bought an older SL from you, it has a couple of issues but I am more than satisfied with what you are doing to assist. Not my first Lookers car I always have great trust in the companies service and integrity

i think if every client was treated at all times as I was by Bailey and Alfie when i made my recent purchase - this was the first time i had experienced such excellent service/attention at Lookers Battersea - then I think you would have very many more extremely happy clients
