Clive Newell was excellent from first to last. He did a great job explaining the vehicle, what it entailed and what our purchase options were. His manner was first class throughout as a result of which we not only bought a demonstrator Sport but I have ordered a new 2022 spec Range Rover. He's a credit to your business.

My car was booked in for a service and also to have a new key cut and programmed. The parts team and service team did not communicate with each other, so the service team told me that they did not have a second key to programme as clearly they did not know that the parts team had the new key. This meant that my car was kept at the garage for an extra day, which was not ideal. Apart from that, all was good.

Lookers seem to have discovered customer service at last. As a long standing customer we have had our ups and downs, but I can only say that their communication has been exemplary at every stage. It goes without saying that they know their way around the vehicle.

Everything is good except there was no receptionist there when I arrived to serve
