Despite a number of messages being left, weeks went by after my initial inquiry with no response. After finding a senior sales executive the momentum and communication changed dramatically. My overall score of 4 stars reflects the poor start to the process and that I was not offered any service plan.

I wasn’t offered a courtesy car even though the repair was a Lane Rover defect (leaking windscreen) that was covered by the Warranty. I spent quite a lot on taxis whilst the car was being repaired in the garage for a week.

Online booking system failed..kept on trying to book me into a dealership in Scotland. However, after directly emailing to book and having to avoid using the online system matters were addressed. Customer care and interaction with Lookers good and happy with the communication and work(s)
