I have nothing but the highest praise for the service I have received yet again from Lookers Battersea. Ryan and his team are superb. My sales executive Beau was also amazing, looking after me throughout the process, providing timely updates, and even personally delivering the vehicle at the end of the process. It’s very hard for me to imagine a reason why I would move from continuing to be a loyal customer lookers Battersea.

I usually have excellent customer service when my car is with you. However I found this time around the communication was poor and I had to chase for updates. I never got a call to say my car was ready and never received a video when my car was being checked.

The only items that were disappointing were:1. The car received an MOT before being passed over. On a further inspection when I got the car home I noticed that one of the wiper blade rubbers was split and as such probably should not have passed the MOT. I did not spot this at the time I picked the car up so down to me.2. There was a cracked light casing on the rear of the car, which I sis not spot when I picked the car up. Again down to me for not undertaking an inspection at the time i picked up the car.Whilst the two items above are small items I am surprised that they were not picked up during the multi point check the car was subject to prior to hand over and a such it was in effect down to me to spot the issues.I would also like to state that the sales person Vito Natuzzi was extremely helpful during the process of purchase and provided a level of service above and beyond that which I have experienced before. Vito was brilliant.

Ali was a true gent and very helpful and went above and beyond to co-ordinate delivery of the vehicle.i have given 4 stars rather than 5 can because we always need room to improve.on the down side, on delivery of the car i was disappointed to see the vehicle has amber warning lights for low levels of Adblue and i now after only 1 week need to get this topped up .
