This time most things were good, on previous occasions less so. Last 2 times prior we had a booking that was cancelled on us and was hard to find alternative appointment slots. 1 big question mark this time, I was quoted for some Body shop work which was a 6 times higher price than I got the work done elsewhere!!This time i would commend both the chap who checked in the car - earlier than expected which was very useful as I was on my way to work, and they lady who checked the car out at the end.
