I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding the Range Rover Evoque purchased from your dealership - Lookers Battersea on 9 August 2025 (registration: AF20VEP).Shortly after taking delivery, I reported a number of significant issues with the vehicle:• Ongoing DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) issues• Condensation present in the rear outer light cluster on both sides• Discovery that no recent service was completed, contrary to my expectation at the time of saleI raised these concerns within the first 30 days of ownership and engaged in good faith with you. You assured me that he would come back to me with a resolution. Despite repeated promises, you have been unresponsive since last week and no progress has been made. The vehicle has also been assessed by Marshalls in Swindon (my local dealer) and a request had been put in to have the issues resolved under warranty which have been declined. I should be expected to foot a bill for nearly £5k after one month of ownership, given I flagged these issues within the first few days after purchase!The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is clear: faults reported within the first 30 days entitle me to exercise my short-term right to reject the vehicle for a full refund. While I remain willing to allow Lookers one opportunity to repair these issues at no cost to me, the ongoing delay and lack of communication are unacceptable and risk further undermining my trust in your dealership.I therefore require:1. Written confirmation within 7 days of how and when you will resolve all outstanding issues; or2. Failing this, agreement to a full refund in line with my statutory rights.If I do not receive a satisfactory response within this timeframe, I will escalate this matter to Lookers’ Head Office and, if necessary, to The Motor Ombudsman and other relevant channels.I trust that you will treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and respond without further delay.

Good afternoonI just wanted to reach out and give some positive feedback for a gentleman at your Land Rover retailer in Battersea. A client of ours bought a vehicle which broke down shortly after purchase. Being in London, the car was recovered to Lookers Land Rover in Battersea. I had the pleasure of being looked after by your senior service advisor Sean Gray, and I have to say this gentleman showed what fantastic service looks like and was exemplary in the way he has communicated with me and the client throughout this experience. I found him to be refreshingly honest, straightforward and extremely helpful to me, whilst navigating through a difficult period and I sincerely hope this feedback is shred with him, so he knows how much he is appreciated.If he looks after all your clients as well as he has looked after me and our mutual client, then they will be very happy indeed!Thanks again Sean, Superstar!

The Reception Area Tea/Coffee & Fridge facilities are poor compared to prior to COVID.This area substantially lets down Lookers considerably.Remember you are a high end store and should have the patisseries and drinks filled and welcoming as it looks poor and uninviting!It’s impossible that customers are told at booking that the car could be required for 2 days and not on the day.Jason, Hayley & Ella 5🌟
