I tried to use the online check in but it would not let me add any further details to check on the day. I was then informed when I arrived that I still had to see someone with an iPad to check in the morning. Online system is a waste of my time Actually the best thing about my service appointment was the professional support offered by Haillie the service advisor. She was very thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. She took time with me to listen to and answer my concerns in a very respectful and helpful manner. She made the experience a positive one in the end.

Yes we were only informed about a damaged gear lever after we had paid a deposit. After delivery of the vehicle we found out that the rear parking sensors were not working and after informing the sales agent we were basically told to sought it our ourselves using the warranty. The vehicle should have been checked prior to delivery and now we have to book a car in for a repair and have to deal with the inconvenience of not having a vehicle while the repair is effected. Very poor after sales service. We have your money now you are on your own mentality. The delivery driver did not call ahead to advise of his time of arrival
